Event tent rental
A tent gives guests shade and shelter and turns an open field or yard into an event space. We rent tents from our own equipment and can deliver, set up and take them down.
What to consider
Plan the space before the size
Tables, a dance floor, a stage and catering each take room. Tell us what goes under the tent and how many guests you expect.
Check the ground and the site
Grass, pavement and slopes change how a tent is anchored. Share the site type and any limits on staking or access.
Add light and sound
Evening events under a tent usually need lighting and sound. We can quote them together with the tent.
Delivery, setup and teardown
All equipment is our own. We deliver, set it up and take it down afterward, or you can arrange pickup. See how it works.
