A stage gives performers, speakers and ceremonies a clear focal point and lets the whole audience see. We rent stages from our own equipment and can deliver, set up and take them down after your event.
What to consider
Match the stage to what happens on it
A solo speaker needs far less room than a band, a dance group or a school choir on risers. List who will be on stage, what equipment goes with them and how they enter and exit, and we will recommend a layout in your quote.
Think about the ground and the weather
Grass, gravel, asphalt and slopes all change how a stage is set up. For outdoor events, tell us the surface and whether you want a covered option so the performance can go ahead if the weather turns.
Plan power, sound and lighting together
A stage is rarely rented alone. Pairing it with sound, lighting and a screen from one supplier means one delivery, one setup and one point of contact.
