Event screen rental
A screen lets guests at the back of a room or field see what is happening on stage, and shows slides, videos and messages clearly. We rent screens from our own equipment for conferences, ceremonies, festivals and school events.
What to consider
Size depends on audience and distance
The farthest guest should still read the content. Tell us the audience size and the layout of the space.
Indoor and outdoor are different
Bright daylight and wind affect what works outdoors. Share the venue and the time of day.
Know your content
Slides, video, a live camera feed or all three? Tell us what you plan to show and how it will be connected.
Delivery, setup and teardown
All equipment is our own. We deliver, set it up and take it down afterward, or you can arrange pickup. See how it works.
Prices

A projector is quoted separately. Large LED video walls depend on size, so we quote them individually.
“From” prices per day in CAD, before taxes. Your final price depends on the date, location, season, delivery and services, so we quote each event.
